With 2025 coming to an end, Triple H seems to have overlooked one of the most promising young stars in the company for the second half of the year. There were rumors of a massive push for the star this year, but things fizzled out even before they picked up steam.
The Street Profits’ Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins have mysteriously disappeared from television for months. There has been no sign of them for a while, and in the process, they seem to have lost all their momentum.
The Street Profits actually started 2025 quite well in WWE
After earning a string of victories in early 2025, the Street Profits managed to win the WWE Tag Team Championship from Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa in March. They had a decent run with the titles and eventually dropped them to the Wyatt Sicks in July.
The Profits then battled for the titles at SummerSlam, but were unable to win the six-team ladder match.
They haven’t been seen since losing to the Wyatt Sicks in October
Ford and Dawkins continued to pursue the WWE Tag Team Titles and challenged the Wyatt Sicks at Clash in Paris, but once again failed to win. The duo became the number one contenders once again after defeating Carmelo Hayes and The Miz, but could not dethrone the Sicks in October.
They have since been away from television, and that has completely halted their momentum. Not to mention, the tag team division itself has been dismantled with the Wyatt Sicks not being booked prominently as champions.
Their current feud with the MFTs isn’t putting any spotlight on the titles, and the division is suffering as a result.
Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins didn’t even receive a singles push
I would like to see WWE give the same chance they’ve given to Jey Uso to Montez Ford
I believe he has a higher ceiling with the similar ability to connect with the audience pic.twitter.com/WSBVJudugO

There were rumors of Ford and Dawkins potentially splitting up and embarking on singles careers over the past few years. However, nothing came of it.
Recently, fans started speculating that the masked man aiding The Vision on WWE RAW could have been Ford. But it was revealed to be Austin Theory.
A singles push, even in the mid-card, would have helped Triple H capitalize on Montez Ford’s talents. However, both he and Angelo Dawkins have remained off television, in what is a huge missed opportunity for the creative team to boost the tag team and singles mid-card divisions.
