WWE star Bayley recently spoke about getting some solid advice from John Cena. She was a recent guest on The Nikki and Brie Show this week.
Cena has had a legendary career in the wrestling business. The star is a 17-time World Champion in WWE. He is currently on his retirement tour with just two more dates left this year.
During the interview, seven-time WWE champion Bayley told Nikki that the current locker room was great and every star was very giving. She recalled some great advice from John Cena, stating that sometimes a match is made to get only one wrestler over. The Role Model stated that most wrestlers in the back understood the responsibility and made sure to do their part and help create newer stars.
“That’s everyone’s mentality right now. There’s not one person that I can say is out there for themselves. Of course, there’s moments. And I talked to John about this before. Like, what’s the story of the match? And sometimes the story is not about you. There’s a lot of times where it’s just about that one person. We have to be confident enough and humble enough and everything to understand. Well I’m gonna do everything, it’s not about me. You’re gonna beat me and I’m gonna roll out and you have your moment. I mean, there’s so many moments. Everybody understands that.”
Dominik Mysterio made it personal with John Cena
This week on RAW, Dominik Mysterio mocked the Intercontinental Champion by bringing in “Little John Cena.” He proceeded to attack the faux Cena, sending a message for Survivor Series.
“Dirty Dom” will run it back with Cena at Survivor Series in a rematch for the IC Title.
Cena’s final match will happen at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13. He will face the winner of the Last Time is Now Tournament.
