Kevin Owens’ wife has shared an update amid the former WWE Champion’s hiatus from the company. The Prizefighter is out of action due to a neck injury and underwent surgery earlier this year.
Owen’s wife, Karina Lamer, shared a picture of the veteran on her Instagram story today. The 41-year-old was sporting a shirt with a hilarious Seinfeld reference and looked to be in good spirits during the holiday season. You can check out the update in the image below.
The popular star was in a bitter rivalry with Randy Orton earlier this year, and they were supposed to battle at WrestleMania 41. However, Owens’ injury prevented him from competing at The Show of Shows. Joe Hendry replaced the veteran at WrestleMania and was defeated by Randy Orton in a quick match.
It was recently reported that Hendry had signed a contract with WWE following his time in TNA. Kevin Owens has not been in action since defeating Sami Zayn in an Unsanctioned match at Elimination Chamber 2025, but he was in the crowd to watch John Cena’s final match last weekend at SNME.
Kevin Owens promotes his Cameo during WWE hiatus
WWE star Kevin Owens recently promoted his Cameo account while he is recovering from his injury.
The former champion took to his official X account to note that Cameo had made a graphic for him and suggested that he share it. He shared that fans could order personalized videos from him during the holiday season.
“The fine folks at Cameo made this little graphic for me and suggested I post this to remind people that they can order a video of my face saying things for the holiday season. They said to put my link in between the arrows, but I don’t know how or even what link they’re talking about. Anyway, I’m on Cameo. Happy Holidays!” he wrote.

It will be interesting to see when Kevin Owens will be able to return to WWE television after undergoing successful neck surgery.
