Injury update on Bron Breakker after WWE RAW – Reports

This week’s Stranger Things-themed edition of WWE RAW ended with a bang as Bron Breakker battled CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship. Breakker and Punk gave fans an instant classic, but a botched spot raised concerns about The Dog of WWE’s status.

The ending moments of the championship contest saw The Best in the World perfectly counter Breakker’s Spear with a knee. He followed it up by delivering his signature Go to Sleep to The Vision member and pinning him to retain his gold.

During the bout, in a scary moment, Bron Breakker missed a Frankensteiner, resulting in a rough landing. According to a report by the Wrestling Observer’s Bryan Alvarez, Breakker was checked by the medical staff and was eventually cleared. This means the rising star could continue his rise to the top of the card on the red brand.

Despite losing the championship bout, The Dog of WWE could go after Punk again. It remains to be seen whether he gets a rematch for the gold at the Royal Rumble 2026 Premium Live Event, which will take place on January 31.

Paul Heyman was attacked on WWE RAW

The World Heavyweight Championship bout between Punk and Breakker also featured Hall of Famer Paul Heyman. The Oracle was at ringside to support his teammate, aiming to bring gold back to the heel crew.

Heyman tried his best to help Breakker beat Punk and capture the World Heavyweight Championship, using underhanded tactics. The legendary manager even stood on the apron and started talking trash to his former best friend at one point.

A frustrated Punk finally knocked Heyman off the apron with a solid strike, creating a viral moment. It will be interesting to see how Bron Breakker and The Vision plan to bounce back after the devastating loss on RAW.
