“I can’t stand them” – Asuka breaks silence after heartbreaking loss on RAW

WWE star Asuka shared a message after this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW. The star was in action this week on the red brand.

The Kabuki Warriors put the Women’s Tag Team Championship on the line this week against Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY. All four women put on a stellar show with the fate of the tag team title hanging in the balance.

The match had several near falls as momentum shifted back and forth between the two tandems. However, the challengers were just too good, as they hit The Empress of Tomorrow with a Riptide and Over the Moonsault combination for the win.

After this week’s RAW, the former champion took to X to share a message for her fans and the WWE Universe. The star was positive despite the loss. She felt this would give them another opportunity to regain the tag team title in the future.

The 44-year-old star urged her fans to have faith and keep believing in the magic that The Kabuki Warriors create in the ring. Asuka also expressed her disdain for negative people and naysayers.

“Happy New Year! We’ve got another chance to seize the championship and break even more records. My believers, change your mundane perspective, and the view before you will transform. Negative people are just too gloomy. I can’t stand them 🫰🤡,” she wrote.

The loss was heartbreaking for the Japanese duo because they seemed confident heading into the contest and were widely expected to emerge victorious.

Asuka recently celebrated ten years with the company

The Empress of Tomorrow has been in WWE for over a decade. She made a name for herself in NXT. She was a dominant force in the developmental brand and even had an undefeated streak. Last year, WWE aired a video package in honor of the star celebrating ten years in the company.

During this time, Asuka has been a four-time Women’s Champion, a five-time tag team champion, a Royal Rumble winner, and a Money in the Bank winner.
