An ex-WWE Superstar is now facing years of prison after he was allegedly involved in horrifyingly stabbing someone. The trial is now set to begin as well.
Former WWE, WCW, and ECW star 2 Cold Scorpio is set for pre-trial next week after allegedly stabbing man
2 Cold Scorpio was arrested on June 15, 2024, in Kansas City, Missouri, where he got into a fight with a man during an incident at Love’s Travel Stop. He was working there as a security guard and it was reported that the man and he got into a confrontation, when he told a man to put out a cigarrette. The man was under the impression that his cigarette was already out, but has admitted to the authorities that it might not have been completely out.
The former WWE, WCW, and ECW star told that man that he could not smoke inside, to which the man replied with a challenge, asking him what he was going to do,. This resulted in things getting physical, and the two headed outside where they had a fight. Scorpio then pulled a knife, and as per the report, stabbed the man in self defense. The fight went on for a while during which he stabbed the man allegedly more times. He had to be taken to the hospital, bleeding from his head, chest, buttocks, legs, and abdomen, where he was going in and out of consciousness.
The former WWE star has been charged with one count of first degree assault, as well as one count of armed criminal action.
PWInsider revealed the police had the following statement:
“On 6-15-24 at 0340 hours officers were dispatched to 3201 Ameristar Dr on a reported cutting. Officers contacted the victim and suspect. The victim had numerous cut and stab wounds and was transported to the hospital for treatment. The suspect was arrested at the scene.”
Last year, the trial was delayed for additional time to depose people involved.

Now, next week, they are heading into the pre-trial, to prepare for the trial on January 26. Scorpio is facing years of prison if he is convicted.
