Bronson Reed pays emotional tribute to Biggie Smalls

WWE Superstar Bronson Reed is slowly ascending to main event status thanks to his matches against Roman Reigns. Aside from dominating The Tribal Chief and Monday Night RAW, Reed recently paid tribute to the late rapper Biggie Smalls.

Also known by the name Notorious BIG, Biggie was a heavyweight in the East Coast hip-hop scene and was known for his remarkable flow and lyrics. Paying ode to the Hypnotize artist, ‘Big’ Bronson Reed posted an image on X where he donned the appearance of Smalls in a multi-colored sweater. He also sported dark sunglasses and posed with several spread-out dollar bills in his hands.

“They call me BIG.”

The look is the recreation of one of Smalls’ most popular photographs, where the rapper was wearing a Coogi sweater and Versace sunglasses while counting bills. Hence, it was an emotional tribute to the legendary artist.

Bronson Reed teamed up with Austin Theory on this week’s episode of RAW and fought Rey Mysterio and CM Punk in the main event. The tag team contest ended with Theory dropping Mysterio with a Curb Stomp to win the match for The Vision, seemingly passing Paul Heyman’s test to join the faction.

Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker don’t trust Austin Theory

This week’s RAW episode saw members of The Vision discussing Austin Theory in the locker room. While Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed put their doubts about Theory forward, Paul Heyman asked them not to worry.

The Oracle assured the Brons and said that they had gotten their big breaks not too long ago, owing to the vision he had for them. Heyman said that he had a similar vision for the former United States Champion, and if he didn’t prove to be a good fit, they would be free to take him out.

While Austin Theory got the winning pin, he had some synergy issues with Reed and even argued about wanting to start the match. It will be interesting to see if this new addition to The Vision proves useful to the heel faction.
