WWE Superstar Seth Rollins recently took to social media to send a message ahead of his major appearance outside the world of professional wrestling. The Visionary is currently out of in-ring competition due to an injury.
At Crown Jewel 2025, Seth Rollins locked horns with Cody Rhodes for the Men’s Crown Jewel Championship. During the bout, Rollins hit Rhodes with a Coast to Coast. After this move, The Visionary was visibly in pain but managed to continue the match and ultimately emerged victorious.
On the following edition of RAW, the former Vision member revealed that he had suffered a shoulder injury. He was then written off TV after a vicious attack from Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.
Amid his injury absence from WWE, Seth Rollins recently took to Instagram to confirm his major appearance as a special guest on the NFL’s Christmas Gameday on December 25, 2025. The former World Heavyweight Champion highlighted that he will be live on Netflix for Christmas Gameday.
“Cat’s outta the bag!! @nfl on @netflix We’re doing it LIVE 12/25 Christmas Day! Ho ho hoooooo! Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Commanders at 1 PM ET. Detroit Lions vs. Minnesota Vikings at 4:30 PM ET,” he wrote.

Seth Rollins talked about John Cena’s WWE Intercontinental Championship win
On last week’s edition of WWE RAW, John Cena dethroned Dominik Mysterio to become the new Intercontinental Champion. During his recent appearance on Good Morning Football, Seth Rollins talked about Cena’s title win.
The Visionary highlighted that The Chain Gang Soldier was at the tail end of his career and was now a Grand Slam Champion after defeating Dirty Dom.
“John Cena is on his retirement run right now. Recently just won the Intercontinental Championship for the first time in his career this past Monday on Raw, beating “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio. He’s a Grand Slam Champion. He’s got [three] appearances left in his WWE career. Madison Square Garden coming up, and then Washington, D.C., for Saturday Night’s Main Event in his final match.”
It remains to be seen when Seth Rollins will be fully recovered to return to the Stamford-based promotion’s weekly programming.
